One of a Kind Return Policy

One of a kind jewellery can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of your order delivery date.

Conditions:

  • Please submit a Return Request first.
  • The jewellery must be in a new, unaltered condition.
  • You are responsible for return postage with tracking.
  • Please ship the return parcel within 14 days of your order delivery date.
  • ℹ️ For hygiene, all earrings are final sale.

Once the return is received safely, I'll initiate the refund for you.

Please note that if an item has been damaged or altered from its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from your refund.

 

Made to Order Return Policy

Made to order gold jewellery can be returned for store credit within 14 days of your order delivery date.

Conditions:

  • Please submit a Return Request first.
  • The jewellery must be in a new, unaltered condition.
  • You are responsible for return postage with tracking.
  • Please ship the return parcel within 14 days of your order delivery date.
  • ℹ️ For hygiene, all earrings are final sale.

Bespoke gold jewellery are final sale. However, I would like for you to be completely happy with your project! Please reach out to me if you need any support after receiving the work.
