Made-to-Order Return Policy

Made-to-order gold jewellery can be returned for store credit within 14 days of your order delivery date.

Conditions:

• Please submit a Return Request first.
• The jewellery must be in a new, unaltered condition.
• You are responsible for return postage with tracking.
• Please ship the return parcel within 14 days of your order delivery date.

Once the return is received safely, I will initiate the credit for you.

Please note that if an item has been damaged or altered from its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from your store credit.

If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as you receive it, and I'll help you arrange for a replacement.
