Beaded Jewellery Return Policy

Beaded jewellery (Tiny Flowers) can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of your order delivery date.

Conditions:

  • Please submit a Return Request first.
  • The jewellery must be in new, unaltered condition.
  • You are responsible for return postage with tracking.
  • Please ship the return parcel within 14 days of your order delivery date.

Once the return is received safely, I will initiate the exchange or credit for you.

Please note that if an item has been damaged or altered from its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from the value of your exchange or credit.

 

Made-to-order Return Policy

Made-to-order gold jewellery can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of your order delivery date.

Conditions:

  • Please submit a Return Request first.
  • The jewellery must be in a new, unaltered condition.
  • You are responsible for return postage with tracking.
  • Please ship the return parcel within 14 days of your order delivery date.

Bespoke Return Policy

Bespoke gold jewellery are final sale. However, I would like for you to be completely happy with your project! Please reach out to me if you need any support after receiving the work.

 

Earring Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, all earrings (both beaded and solid gold) are final sale. If there's a quality issue with your earrings, please contact me and I'm happy to help you out.
