Turnaround time

In general, this is how long you can expect the process to take:

If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please send me an email before placing an order.

One-of-a-kinds and other ready-to-ship items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

Orders that contain items with different turnaround times will ship together, once all of the items are ready. If you would like separate shipments, simply place separate orders.

 

Delivery within Canada

Delivery to the United States

💌 Current shipping transit time: 5-8 days.

Customs Information

All orders are shipped with prepaid duties. There should be no additional charges to receive your order.

Shipments to international destinations are occasionally at risk of customs delays. If you would like your order to arrive by a specific date, please send me an email before placing an order, and I will let you know what I can do.

ℹ️ Orders over $2500 USD require you to complete additional customs paperwork before the parcel can clear the border. Please look out for an email from the customs office if this is the case.

 

Delivery to the EU or UK

💌 Current shipping transit time: 5-10 days.

All orders should be duty-free under the EU-Canada trade agreement (CETA), however VAT will still apply.

After your order ships out, please keep an eye on your email or mailbox for any action required by your local customs office. Parcels with outstanding fees will otherwise be returned to me.

Before shipping: I will look into your customs and import regulations on a case-by-case basis. Each country has a slightly different policy on the import of jewellery, precious metals, and/or gemstones, so typically it takes a little bit of research to figure things out.
