All solid gold is shipped with FedEx for secure transport and expedited customs clearance.

💐 Beaded Jewellery (Tiny Flowers)

Beaded jewellery is shipped with national post (Canada Post handed to your local postal service). Tracked shipping is free for Tiny Flower orders over $65 in Canada; free over $100 for US & International.

Please note that some destinations, especially the US, can experience very long customs processing times (several weeks to months). For guaranteed delivery within 2-3 days, you have the option to splurge on FedEx Express shipping at checkout!

Processing time

All of my work is carved by hand and finished using traditional goldsmithing techniques. In general, this is how long you can expect the process to take:

The actual processing time varies depending on my order volume. I will always do my best to surprise you with the earliest possible delivery :)

One-of-a-kinds and other ready-to-ship items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Orders that contain items with different processing times will ship once all of the items are ready. If you would like separate shipments, simply place separate orders.

ℹ️ Please note the processing time on each product page, typically ranging from 4 to 8 weeks. Once your order has been completed, you can expect shipping to be quite fast.

To estimate your delivery date: 

  1. Start with your order date.
  2. Add the order processing time. 
  3. Add the shipping transit time. 

For example, if you purchase made-to-order gold jewellery on January 1st:

  • Order date: Jan 1
  • Processing time: 4-6 weeks
  • Shipping time: < 1 week
  • Estimated delivery = early to mid February (5-7 weeks from Jan 1)

Delivery to the United States

To estimate your delivery date:

  1. Start with your order date.
  2. Add the order processing time. 
  3. Add the shipping time.

  • Order date: Jan 1
  • Processing time: 4-6 weeks
  • Shipping time: < 1 week
  • Estimated delivery = early to mid February (5-7 weeks from Jan 1)

ℹ️ Tariffs are now included in US pricing

US pricing now includes duties & taxes. Recent orders have been incorrectly assessed at the full tariff rate of 35%, despite having provided complete documentation for CUSMA compliance. The miscalculation appears to be random, as some orders continue to go through at the correct tariff rate of 0%. Unfortunately, US customs currently refuses to reassess any errors on their part.

I really hate to raise prices so much, but despite my best efforts, this currently seems to be the only way forward. I'll continue to keep an eye on US-bound shipments and provide updates from there. ℹ️ About US Tariffs

Items produced using over 50% of North American materials are meant to be tariff-free under a trade agreement called the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA). As all of my products are Canadian in origin (both labour and material), all shipments go out with a certificate of origin to indicate compliance with trade law. Unfortunately, as of winter 2025, US customs has been disregarding this information and charging the full US-Canada tariff rate of 35%.

ℹ️ Orders over $2500 USD require you (the importer) to fill out additional customs forms before the parcel can clear the border. Please look out for an email from the customs office if this is the case.

 

Delivery to international destinations

Current shipping transit time: 3-9 days with FedEx.

To estimate your delivery date:

  1. Start with your order date.
  2. Add the order processing time. 
  3. Add the shipping time. 

For example, if you purchase made-to-order jewellery on January 1st:

  • Order date: Jan 1
  • Processing time: 4-6 weeks
  • Shipping time: < 2 weeks
  • Estimated delivery = mid to late February (5-8 weeks from Jan 1)

ℹ️ Orders to the EU are exempt from additional duties & import taxes

Items produced with Canadian labour and materials are tariff-free for the EU under a trade agreement called CETA.

As all of my jewellery is entirely crafted in Toronto using Canadian precious metals, I will be able to include a certificate of origin along with your shipment to indicate that it is eligible for preferential tariff treatment. FedEx should be able to use this certificate of origin to ensure that your parcels continue to clear without incurring additional duties and import taxes.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

For international orders (outside of Canada), you will likely have to pay additional fees to receive your package. Please note these fees are not paid to me, but to the institutions that process your package.

Here's how the fees work:

  • Duties and import taxes are paid to your government. The amount is decided by the customs office of your country at the time that the package crosses the border. Details on the expected duties and import taxes are described for each destination here: United States, International.
  • Customs clearance fees are paid to the shipping company, such as FedEx. These fees ensure that your parcel is cleared as safely and quickly as possible, and typically run under $30 CAD.
