Processing Time

In general, this is how long you can expect the process to take:

If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please send me an email before placing an order.

One-of-a-kinds and other ready-to-ship items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Orders that contain items with different processing times will ship once all of the items are ready. If you would like separate shipments, simply place separate orders.

 

Delivery within Canada

Delivery to the United States

Customs Information

All orders are shipped with prepaid duties. There should be no additional charges to receive your order.

Shipments to international destinations are usually at risk of customs delays. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please send me an email before placing an order, and I will let you know what I can do!

ℹ️ Orders over $2500 USD require you to complete additional customs forms before the parcel can clear the border. Please look out for an email from the customs office if this is the case.

 

Delivery to the EU or UK

All orders should be duty-free under the EU-Canada trade agreement (CETA), however VAT will still apply. The shipment method will depend on your destination country, typically I look into the customs process on a case-by-case basis to see whether FedEx or national post would be preferred.
