💛 Solid Gold Jewellery
Most solid gold orders are shipped with FedEx for secure transport and expedited customs clearance. National post may be used on occasion to ensure delivery, especially to remote or rural areas; I will send you an email if this is the case.

💐 Beaded Jewellery (Tiny Flowers)
Beaded jewellery is shipped with national post (Canada Post handed to your local postal service). Tracked shipping is free for Tiny Flower orders over $50 in Canada; free over $100 for US & International.
US customers: please note that due to the tariff situation, there are sometimes extremely long customs delays (several weeks to months, especially around the holidays). For guaranteed delivery within 2-3 days, you have the option to splurge on FedEx Express shipping at checkout!
📦 A Footnote About Your Courier (FedEx)
FedEx Express is fancy schmancy uber-reliable shipping. I love it for jewellery, especially the fine stuff which needs to cross the border with its very own papers and documentation. But my gosh - FedEx costs $75+ per order for me as small shipper. It always gets there on time though - ALWAYS. I find it pretty amazing how actual people are carrying our parcels through storm and sea (well, not really. it goes by plane now, but you get the idea) So, wow. And yikes! But wow.
Delivery
Processing time
In general, this is how long you can expect the process to take:
- 1-2 weeks for beaded jewellery (Tiny Flowers)
- 4-6 weeks for made-to-order gold jewellery
- 8+ weeks for bespoke jewellery
Most of the time, I try to land in the middle of the range. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date within that, please send me an email before placing an order. I'll let you know whether it's possible at that time!
One-of-a-kinds and other ready-to-ship items will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Orders that contain items with different processing times will ship once all of the items are ready. If you would like separate shipments, simply place separate orders.
🐢 A Footnote About Processing Time
Everything in the shop is made by hand - specifically, my hands! I am a one-woman studio, and jewellery can be intensive on the hands and eyes; during peak periods sometimes I even get tendonitis ): So please give me ample time and plenty of patience, so I can create a wonderful thing for you without feeling my bones come apart!!

ℹ️ Please note the processing time on each product page, typically ranging from 4 to 8 weeks. Once your order has been completed, you can expect shipping to be relatively fast.

For example, if you purchase made-to-order jewellery on January 1st:
- Order date: Jan 1
- Processing time: 4-6 weeks
- Shipping time: < 1 week
- Estimated delivery = early to mid February (5-7 weeks from Jan 1)
Customs Information
All pricing now includes import taxes (duties and tariffs). FedEx may charge a small fee for customs clearance services (typically around $20 USD). Aside from that, you should not receive any additional charges :)
Shipments to international destinations are usually at risk of customs delays. If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please send me an email before placing an order, and I will let you know what I can do!
ℹ️ Orders over $2500 USD require you to complete additional customs forms before the parcel can clear the border. Please look out for an email from the customs office if this is the case.
Delivery to the EU or UK
💌 Current shipping transit time: 5-10 days with national post OR FedEx, depending on the destination.
To estimate your delivery date:
- Start with your order date.
- Add the order processing time.
- Add the shipping time.
For example, if you purchase made-to-order jewellery on January 1st:
- Order date: Jan 1
- Processing time: 4-6 weeks
- Shipping time: < 2 weeks
- Estimated delivery = mid to late February (5-8 weeks from Jan 1)
