To my lovely US customers,

Please be assured that all orders continue to ship tariff-free.

Although the de minimis exception is being suspended, items produced using over 50% of North American materials should remain tariff-free under a different agreement called the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA).

As all of my jewellery is entirely crafted in Toronto using Canadian precious metals, I will be able to include a certificate of origin along with your shipment to indicate that it is eligible for preferential tariff treatment. FedEx should be able to use this certificate of origin to ensure that your parcels continue to clear smoothly as before.

For the next few weeks, I will be keeping a close eye to make sure that this regulation holds up as expected, but please expect potential border delays from late August into September as legislation continues to change.
