One of a kind - a special edition of the Peony Charm with a lovely pearl droplet, reclaimed from a vintage pearl necklace. Up close, the gold of this charm has a slight bicolour hue - an unusual fusing of two different 14 karat alloys.

Pair it with the Tiny Flower necklace in blue and cream glass for an absolutely unique and delicate collar - the shimmer and texture are unlike anything else!

Inspired by silk embroidery from the Edo period, the Peony Charm honours the delicate work of fine, traditional craftsmanship. Handcarved and custom-cast in solid gold, the miniature bowl-shaped blossom gently collects the light in a glowing symbol of prosperity and abundance.

Details

· 100% Canadian gold.

· Flower measures about 7 mm in diameter, excluding the bail.

· The pearl is about 8 mm in diameter.

· From the top of the bail, the total drop length is 21 mm.

The charm will fit most fine chains, as long as the end of your chain is 2.5 mm in diameter or smaller. Pictured on an 18" chain with 0.8 mm width.

Please expect the vintage pearl to have some slight wear and surface imperfections.
